★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey ppl at Smiggles(Jem), yr store suppose to be a lively, happy place.... but what u ppl seems to have an attitude, bad 1 to be exact. My wife n daughter were buying stuff from there, spent about 40+ and is suppose to get a FOC item. Staff with traditional head scarf didn’t bother, wife had to ask for it, she just took out the basket of stuff n dump it on the counter with a sulky face. What a disappointment! Time to re-train yr staff.
