★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family dining place! One of my favourite menu is the salted egg soft shell crab & honey garlic chicken. Decided to try mushroom baked rice is good very lite..love it!
I saw the restaurant manager gave a cup of water to a Grab delivery man...so touch on her kindness! A small actions to appreciate food delivery guys?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my gal toppled a cup of hot milo, so asked a staff for assistance. despite the busy dinner hours and limited manpower, they reacted swiftly and cleaned up thoroughly, together with their patience and friendliness, my gratitude towards them is beyond words could describe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is always amazing as usual. The appetizers are heavenly! Specially the fries and cheese sticks. The staff wasn't too friendly. But the overall service and food is good. We got the food super fast! Would definitely recommend and go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outlet at Jem - Staff was very friendly, I believe his name is Isaac. Wonderful service. Despite being the only waiter, he was swift and helpful. Food is decent but can be more affordable, student promotion should not end at 6pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jem restaurant. They have improved tremendously on the quality of service. Wilson was attentive to details around what’s happening in the restaurant. All other staffs are friendly and super efficient. Glad that things are improving from a customer service perspective. Food was great too.
