very commercialised, non individual catered massage business. ambience was quite packed, no privacy curtains for body massage. i think staff can be train to be more professional. personal experience: staff who attended to me was talking thruout to colleagues not really concentrating on the massage. i mentioned to exclude a few parts of the feet but it was not done. massage was brief and not all steps and points were pressed compared to other establishments. hitting my bones constantly with hard pressure despite informing him. did not really feel any relief after massage. recommendations: if you’re looking for a cheaper massage place to chill you can try. if you’re looking for a place for treatments and to really relieve sores and aches, look for a more professional one.

Glad to have one mall-based reflexology place which isn't a pocket hole burner!! Going by how packed the place usually is, it's likely the place is popular and affordable. Calling in before dropping in is always a good idea. Staff are generally friendly, and even if you can't have your call attended to, they will actually call you back to fix up an appointment for u! Kudos ?. Like all such places, your service may largely depend on the specific staff member you are assigned to. Most of the staff at this outlet are reasonably good, and will be able to provide a more than satisfactory experience easily. I find myself tipping them 70% of the time, given their level of service. Until borders open up again, this will be my go-to place for chilling and getting my circulation going!! ?

Not smiling happi at all.. first visit and was assigned to a Malay uncle who literally fell asleep during the session.. sometimes feathery touches and when he wakes up, he presses with all his might. First time in my life that i wish my session ends fast.. not to mention that he also digs his ears and scratches his face multiple times in the midst of massaging. My wife enjoyed her session with another masseur though.

The lady who serviced me was keeping chatting with others during giving me massage. I had to ask her: “could you focus?… “a very bad experience

This massage place is not a place for your feet to be happy. I told the masseuse that my back is pain but she focus on other areas instead. Wasting $45 to experience such a torture massage that I wished it will end earlier. Please visit this place if you have time and money to waste. And also, the receptionist is rude and blur as well Remember to take note of what time you started your massage because it will end 10 mins earlier. The masseur (Chen) is very defensive and love to upsell you

BAD EXPERIENCE It is Friday -time to relax our mind and body. We decided to go for foot reflexology in the evening. My wife called this shop @11am to reserve for 1 hour foot reflexology for 2 pax at 8pm. My wife wanted to leave her contact number, but the male receptionist told her “Don’t need. Just need to be punctual.” My wife rushed back home from Town after her work for this appointment. We reached the shop at 7.50pm and told the staff that we were here for the foot reflexology appointment at 8pm. As the shop was fully occupied, we decided to wait outside. At 7.55pm, when we walked into the shop, one of the male staff told us that they were fully booked at 8pm. We told them that we had made reservation this morning. The male staff told us that they didn’t have our reservation and questioned my wife whether she had made the call. My wife showed her recent call details to the male staff. After seeing the call details, the male staff mumbled “sorry” then said that they had made a mistake and allocated the timeslot to another customer. He said that the next available slot will be 9pm for 1 pax. With such circumstance, we decided to walk away as we didn’t wish to create any ugly scene.

pls request not the malay uncle..he literally doze off! i had been there couple of times with different masseur and i got no issue and satisfied..but not this time!

$38 /hr foot massage with uncle dozed off most of the time. No strength. Important Note Please ask for receipt if you paid upfront 1st at the reception. Bcos the uncle asked for payment after massage.
