β β β β β The egg tart was great - both the pastry (delicate) and the egg custard (light, flavourful yet not too sweet)

β β β β β Very value for money breakfast set! Do come before 11am to purchase. Pictured is the pork and century eggs porridge, rice rolls and milk tea. Macaroni soup in the background too! Everything was yummy.

β β β β β Patronise this bakery almost every day.
Love their coffee cake, vanilla cake, HK cocktail bun, and toast. Bought their Christmas log cake recently and blown away by the flavour, super duper delicious.

β β β β β Missed the breakfast set (ends 11am) while waiting in the queue... very small sitting area at this outlet compared to midview.
Chinese lady attending to the queue was diligent and polite, giving us the heads up that we might not be able to catch the breakfast menu and trying to help move the queue as much as possible.
There was a rude bespectacled auntie inside though: Didnt realise the food buzzer was ringing as I didnβt hear any sound coming from it and my hands were off the table (hence couldnβt feel it vibrating?) Rude auntie called out to me from afar and said βYour food is reaadyy. Stop using the phone alreadyβ (???)
HK style congee was okayish. Smooth congee however ingredients were not impressive. Watch out for small bones in the fish.
Bun was crispy with butter and condensed milk, however didnβt feel itβs worth the $2.
Milk tea was quite rich.

β β β β β Had a late dinner last night made later by the 30 mins of queuing.
Waiting is always a good sign when it comes to food.
Waiting because there are many customers, waiting because the food is made on the spot.
At So Good, both the above applied.
The sandwich ? I ordered came with butter and made eating them surprisingly messy but satisfying ?.
It is a good night, when you washed it all down with a good cuppa of Hong Kong milk tea ?.

β β β β β Nice char siew bolo bun. Will prefer the flaky crust egg tart over cookie crust, but cookie crust was much bigger and they are both priced at $1.80! So will prob go for cookie crust since egg fillings are the same ? but wonβt specially travel for this.

β β β β β Decent HK style bakery with nice bolobao and doughnuts. Usually shielded and sandwiched by the long queue leading into the so good cha Chan teng so just buay Pai seh, ignore the crowd and walk in! The cream cheese one is pretty nice too! Buy more for your family

β β β β β The French toast is definitely the highlight of the meal. Mixture of butter savory and honey sweet on top of the crispness of the toast. Recommend to try tomato pork chop rice too. The queue is super slow as the amount of seats are limited.
