β β β β β Have to echo the others' sentiment. The dessert was great: eclaire, mother's tart, lemon meringue, chocolate tart. The drinks were alright, both tea and coffee. The service were sub-par. Everyone seems to be unhappy working there - probably overworked? Had to get utensils because we weren't given and it's not available for self service. Was ignored and when I sought another person to get it the attitude isn't any better.. I don't think it was on purpose but if the employees are overworked it's really difficult to get any smiles and this is the service line.
I'll probably do takeaway next time.

β β β β β Itβs always just above average. Bread is never crispy fresh. They add hot water to long black.
But they donβt charge for water and itβs never packed. So thatβs a bonus.

β β β β β Service staff was not keen to serve and sounded like a bother to explain which classic coffee flavours were available. A few messy tables. Why aren't you guys happy to have customers or are staff just not trained or motivated?

β β β β β Ordered lemon tart, chocolate eclair, flat white and tea. The chocolate eclair is on the moderate side of sweetness, just nice and not overly sweet, lemon tart was sour to the nice level. Nice place to chill.

One of female staff was not friendly at all.
They were busy browsing smartphone even in front of customers.
So disappointing even though all their items look so appetizingβ¦
Iβm not sure if Iβll visit them again even I got this time was tasty due to this experienceβ¦

β β β β β The $12.9 lunch set is decent. It comes with a croissant sandwich, any dessert below $7, and a cup of filtered coffee. The staff offered to warm up the croissant sandwich. Note that there's a dining in time limit of 60 minutes so this place isn't suitable for doing work or having catch-up sessions with friends.
