★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review is for December 2020..... This is my first time dining at this Hot Tomato Bedok outlet. To my surprise, the food came in good presentation. Looks appetizing. I add on for the Mushroom soup. Soup was great and well worth the small add on price. he Black Pepper Sauce is Good taste. Chicken meat is also tender. As for the side dish Salad was GOOD...... Overall well worth 5 stars....Oh the Agio noodle is very very Delicious....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is terrible. All three staff were leaning against the wall. None of them welcome any customers in. They just stand there and do nothing when a customer walks in or reading the menu. Cold attitude. No excitement in tone or expression. They cannot even stand up straight all leaning against the wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and affordable western food! I had the teriyaki chicken chop while my friend had the steak and prawns. I was pleasantly surprised by the aglio olio side - although it was just a side dish, it was so tasty it left me wishing the portion was a little larger. A little disappointed that they don’t serve tap water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice food presentation, good for social media but the taste is average. Price is reasonable for dining at a mall but there are cheaper options that taste better. But this is still way way way way way better than XW Western Grill over at raffles city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, great value. Nothing fancy. Just simple, quality ingredients made into great meals. Grass fed steaks for only about $20 SGD. Grilled salmon for about the same price. And one of the few places around Bedok that serves good salads.
I usually can't eat tomato soup, but the tomato soup here is no Campbell's. It's really brothy, sort of like taking the broth from a really good minestrone. Definitely try the tomato soup. It's surprisingly lovely.
