I called to ask about hair dryer repair and request for approximate repair costs based on specific issue but personnel insisted I have to bring hair dryer to get a quote. I believe it’s reasonable and not uncommon to request for approximate quote so it’s not a futile trip by chance fees are exorbitant. Definitely won’t be visiting and entrusting my products with them given their very evasive and non-transparent manner of addressing enquiries. Y

Brought down my Microsoft surface laptop and was told to put a nonrefundable $120 deposit for diagnostics. Although it counts towards the repair, but if the cost of repair exceeds my budget, the deposit is gone! I feel the company should be more considerate towards walk-in consumers (I had to make a 10min walk from the nearest bus stop, under the hot sun). A $20 deposit will make more sense. Imagine I have to make 4 x 10min walk to get a repair (or not)!

For Technofied, quick reply on email enquiry, convenient drop in for drop off Diagnostics performed same day after non refundable fee 120. Job done within 2 days. Quick pick up. 30 days warranty. No complaints for this service!

Very professional workshop for Bose speaker repair when i sent my speaker to Technofied for repair and was able to successfully repaired within a week when the original manufacturer itself could not even do it. Recommended for electronics that need repair. They seem to be doing many other repair works as well.

Even went down to the service centre to ask for assistance but the front desk personnel unable to accommodate/answer for simple request and timeline for a very simple GoPro screen replacement. Be warned do take your own risk before engaging them

Thank god Technofield had the parts. They are helpful and friendly and the whole experience with quotation, repair and collection was seamless. They give a 1-month warranty which is an added bonus. They are also responsive. Will definitely come back to them for other repairs

I called to ask how much it costs to repair my broken screen (watch otherwise still working) & the technician said he can’t quote over the phone & to go down for a onsite quote. I went down & had a hard time getting them to let me upstairs to level 6 to their shop. When I finally got up, the technician took my watch to the back for a long time & his conclusion was “I cannot give you a quote. I need to check with supplier. But it should be more than $190”. Couldn’t he have told me this over the phone? What a scam.
