★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i live nearby, and this was my childhood go-to place for lunch. however', in the past few years, the prices has risen exorbitantly to the point that its ludicrous. two vege and 1 meat used to cost 2.50, now its roughly triple. others have commented that the standard has dropped and while that is true that is not my main gripe with the place, its mostly the crazy pricing. i gave them two chances in case the first time they miscalculated or something, but seems like they have done some crazy inflation.
its just sad really. there are better options than this overpriced nonsense nearby.
this place has also become available on deliveroo recently, perhaps they need it to offset their low revenue. i still remember the times where the average queue length was around 10 people, those were the golden days of this place.
