Go at your own risk. Super lousy service. Was seeing the ad from fb and had reserved for Sunday 4.30pm. Was slightly late about 15 min(had called them and informed),reached and asked for registration.submitted all the details end up one woman came out and approached that the room was fulled. Became my problem. Wasted my trip and definitely will advise for those who plan to go there(even other branches) to think twice. THERE IS A VERY SERIOUS COMMUNICATION PROBLEM BETWEEN THEMSELVES.

Please go at your own risk, non stop hard selling to buy packages and add ons, you spend 20+ on trial but will force you to hard sell the packages after you buy they will never leave you alone. After every session, they will drag you in the “consultation” room and will hard sell to “add on” to your packages NON STOP!!!!!! And will go on and on and on for so long even if you do not want to buy. So please please do beware of this unethical place. For god sake if people buy packages already let them enjoy in peace please………

Have been going to Spacio Woodlands for 10months now . LuJun is very professional and caring , and is always trying to help me and give me better options to do treatment for my face conditions . My face have really been so so so much better now ! Deserve more than 5starsssss !

For those who bought the vouchers just to try their facial cleaning, go at your own risk. (All the road shows vouchers from the China staff) 1. SUPER hard selling, smart tactic with TWO person locking u up in “consultation” room. Despite me being a student ,your consultant sells me a thousand plus package and when I say no, she “cut” the price to half and ask me pay in instalment by promoting atome. She even told me this is a very cheap price specially for me. They keep telling me “your face… 2. Dear Spacio team, did you train you staff to be so OVERLY talkative during the treatment in the room? Please look into that. I just want to relax during face wash but she talk to me too much. 3. Just because I went for the trial, doesn’t mean I like the facial treatment, it hurts like hell, made me teared quite alot. There is no massage, only simple cleaning and some moisturiser. 4. what’s worst is, I rejected the package and proceed to make payment (for some additional moisturiser during the treatment ) Your consultation still tried to sell me hard ? after rejecting I can see the unhappy look from her face. So overall, is not just a roadshow voucher ($30), but plus all the additional charges they charge, it’s gonna be almost $100+ for one face wash. 5. I went weeks before and now I am writing this review because I felt really angry. I usually don’t write reviews on other companies but I hope people who are planning to go there, think twice unless you got a lot of money/working. I can’t write anymore incase it become a compo :)
