Amazing range and incredible speed of order fulfilment. When that’s coupled with some of the best service I’ve had in any retail environment, why would you go anywhere else? Simply brilliant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Benn, very knowledgeable and friendly. He's the only one out of 4 or 5 spectacle shops i called that could do my order for sunglasses with prescription in 1 week or less (needed for overseas trip). Very happy with sunglasses, would come back again!

Benn gave a detailed eye check up for me and gave useful insight on what kind of eyeglasses would best suit my needs. The service was excellent and very professional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get my new spectacles. Ben was very courteous and professional, and went the extra to mile to ensure that my spectacles are comfortable. They were so good that I made two sets!
Ben even changed my lenses for free after noticing that my astigmatism had decreased. Their service and professionalism is very commendable, and 10/10 Will definitely recommend their service!

There is definitely a difference in spectacles quality and eye test diagnosis provided by Benn compared to other opticians. He always makes sure my spectacles are comfortable and what I need. No hardselling. Highly recommend!

He's a meticulous optician who finds out about the lifestyle of the customer to prescribe lenses that is suitable for them. My family happen to have quite a few eye issues, from the elderly with cataract(not suitable for surgery yet), to young juniors whose power kept increasing due to long screen time, to my vision that has been fluctuating due to work-related eye strain, Benn skillfully prescribes the right lenses to care for our eyes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been going to get glasses done here for the past 20+ years so since I was a child I’ve always gotten my glasses done here. Uncle Benn is always very helpful and reliable whilst being affable! He also can get the glasses done really quickly, usually taking 30 minutes to an hour at most so long that he has the lenses ready. The glasses are always done flawlessly and my eyesight has never went through any major deterioration. I’d like to think it’s because the glasses help prevent me from straining my eyes and causing it to worsen.
