β β β β β Very very very bad customer service. Lack of experience. I had to visit the shop for almost 5 to 6 times for a mistake from the shop sales assistants and doesnt even have a professionalism to apologise. Worst service.

β β β β β Most of the time it's empty and after going in to make an enquiry, totally understand why it is empty and probably would be if that's the same hack care attitude from the staff. Good luck to them!

β β β β β Don't bother the salespeople aren't interested to sell. On the right of their shop has another optic shop called eye bar. Did my glasses in less than 20min (and eyebar had more customers at that time and only 1 sales person)

Total negative asset, perhaps Skip it unless u enjoy his attitude.

β β β β β Thanks for the friendly and helpful service! My sister broke her glasses recently and we went around the area urgently looking for help. The lady at Spectacle Hut, whose name we forgot to ask for, kindly provided sample contact lenses and we are highly grateful for that.

β β β β β I would like to recommend Wendy from Hillion Mall Spectacle Hut. I told her my concerns that my eyes is very sensitive to lens and often the lens that I bought from other shop, I couldnβt wear and my eyes will get teary. She took out all the lens she have at the shop to show it to me to ensure I wonβt pick back those that will caused my eyes to be teary, really went out of her gesture. I like her customer service! I would definitely recommend her to my friends.
