Vision Image provide very good customer service, they are very professional and friendly. I'm very happy with my progressive glasses, finally I could read my handphone clearly. I choose Emporio Armani frame and my wife choose latest Gucci frame with good price. The lens recommend by them is also highly functional.

Very professional and polite when talk to customer I cannot recommend Vision Image highly enough. I do not buy spectacle often so I wanted to sure I satisfied with my choice. I visited roughly 5-6 optical shop in different area in Singapore over the past 2 month. Finally I decided to get my pair at Vision Image. Their recommendation is absolutely correct, not like other shop who just wishes to make a sale but as one who is sincere to assist in making the best possible choice within my budget. My only optical shop to visit whenever me or my family member need a pair of new spectacle over the past 20 year. Jackson is a well trained optician and I enjoy my vision every time when I receive new spectacle prescribed by him. He could adjust the spectacle to sit comfortably on my face without hurting my nose and ear. Vision Image is a shop managed by skillful people. Do come and try their service.

Excellent service and very comprehensive eye check for a basic prescription! Thank you for being so patient and providing quality specs. Able to be done in 30 min for frames on display and about 3 days for others needed to be ordered from suppliers. Will come back again for future specs.

My childhood optician place with very good services. I had been going here since primary school and even recommended this place for my family. Even if we moved out of Ang Mo Kio, our whole family still came back to this place to fit our spectacles. The shop also provided a good value for money for the lens, spectacles and contact lens. It was also hard to find a personal touch to match your face shape, eyes to the spectacles. Overall, ???? and highly recommended.

Exceeded 5 Stars for Excellent Service & Product. I went to Vision Image Optical Centre to purchase a pair of prescription glasses on 18-June-2021. Ms. Tee Li Ching had friendly assisted me in fitting different spectacle frames and walked me through my selection of most preferred spectacle frame. Ms. Tee Li Ching had also, thoroughly assisted me with my eye examination. She has good knowledge of the right adjustments for eyesight corrections. Ms. Tee Li Ching had helpfully explained to me different types of lenses and add-on functions with demonstrations. I chose Mr. Black frame with KODAK lens. Vision Image Optical Centre delivery was fast, my pair of prescription glasses was ready for collection on 19-June-2021 morning. I'm wearing my new glasses with joy. I have tried over 10 Optical shops & Vision Image Optical Centre is my best preferred Optical shop. Kudos and keep up the Great work!
