★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my spectacles from that store but less than a month later , I was about to wear it but one of the leg of my specs broke and I went back to the store . I told the lady that sold the specs to Me that my spectacles broke so easily . The lady just told me to wear my previous spectacles that was BROKEN and she just taped it with scotch tape and expected me to wear it , as someone who sells eye wears , she should know that once I wear another spectacle with a different degree , I wont be able to wear a spectacle with a lower degree and it was broken . She didn't even try to find a way to help me , not even getting me a new frame but when she was selling the specs to me , she was so sincere but now that it broke , she isn't sincere at all . the spectacle was supposed to be made of metal for every part just like she said but the part that broke was plastic and I did not even bend it at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unfortunately, I shared a similar experience with Giselle below. I bought a black-frame specs and it has broken twice since then. The first time was likely my fault, the 2nd time was quite a queer experience - while unfolding the specs it broke at the plastic area near the pivot (see photo).
Regrettably, this may be my last time visiting this shop as I'm not keen on spending $118 each time to replace the frame.
