Overall 2/5
Price does not reflect the quality of food.
Had their egg and plain prata. Flour wasn't any more flavourful than usual prata from other places, tasted like an average prata. The egg prata was freshly made and crispy while the plain prata was cold and soggy.
Curry was creamy and mildly spicy.
Had the teh halia, but it tasted more like normal teh. The ginger scent was barely there unless you focus and try your best to taste the ginger.
Place appears run-down and quite dark on the inside. There is also poor phone reception despite them offering favepay as an option. Took me about 2 minutes to complete the payment due to poor reception.
Overall, wouldn't recommend trying at all. Suggest giving this place a pass.

β β β β β What we ordered:
Onion Cheese Prata
Plaster
Egg prata
Coin prata
Dessert Prata (Red bean)
Bandung
What we will come back for:
Onion Cheese Prata
Egg prata
Try a few more of their unique flavours
Pro tip:
Go on fave and buy their e-voucher. You pay $27 for $30 credits. Save $3! ?
Their shop is relatively small even with outside seats I would say the place can only take a max of perhaps 40-50 people with safe distancing etc.
Thankfully we arrived before the dinner crowd and managed to snag seats in the air conditioned area. We got the side seats by the wall and the seats are essentially just concrete. Quite uncomfortable honestly.
The drinks came rather quickly and then soon most of the other pratas started being served up. They also provide curry as seen in the picture for free. If you want sugar with your prata you can also ask them to pass a bottle to you. In essence service here is pretty good even though they are extremely busy.
The onion cheese prata and the egg prata was excellent. Super crispy and tasty as well. Would highly recommend!
The plaster was quite meh to me and the dessert prata is similar to the chinese red bean pancake you have in restaurants except its much sweeter and also the red bean is not as fine and fragrant. I would give this a miss the next time.
Bandung is ok. Big cup is sizeable but because we make our own bandung at home we prefer it more gao with more carnation milk and syrup. This was a tad bit diluted for me.
By the time we completed our entire meal plus drinks our coin prata had not been served. Not only ours but the tables close to us as well. We thought good things are worth the wait... right? Wrong! We totally disliked the coin prata and ended up not finishing it. It was so thick and so much flour even though it was crispy it was just too floury for our liking.
Will we come back? Definitely! This place is right beside Springleaf MRT along TEL MRT line. See how I rated them on the individual components.

Crispy! Reasonable Price!
Ordered Egg Prata, Coin Prata, Ghee Thosai , & Butter Chicken.
But wish that the Coin Prata can crispier.
The Thosai sauces so so only, neighborhood taste compared to Little India.

β β β β β A must-go place for delicious prata! Must try for their unique prata and their prata curry. Highly recommend Prata Alfredo if you love cheese and the plaster blaster. The salted egg prata is not to my liking, it doesnβt taste like salted egg.

β β β β β After all the fuss about how good their prata is, we decided to pay a visit. Crispy yes, but is it that nice? Nope. Paying $2.40 for 1 egg prata is not worth it, plus it was super oily. As for the maggi goreng chicken, paying $6.60 for some simple tossed noodles is ridiculous. I would give $3.50 max. Finding the parking space was another headache. Maybe my fellow Singaporeans want an aircon place to relax and chit chat. Even that should be avoided since it is covid times. Conclusion, just not worth it. Ask me and I can suggest other neighbourhood uncles selling superb tasting pratas and maggi goreng.

β β β β β Wasnβt very impressed. Service Staff seemed impatient, and were unknowledgeable about the food they were serving.
Had their Special Lamb Briyani too, but it was very underwhelming. Itβs mostly bone. Maggi Goreng was terrible bland, almost like itβs just been cooked in water and drained.
Their Plain Prata was crispy, as promised. Plaster Blaster and Umami 50 were some interestingly delicious items.
The ingredients for Murtabak were not scattered evenly, so it was quite confusing with each bite.
Other than that, just a over hyped, and expensive place.

β β β β β Good prata! Very crispy. Even the egg prata was super crispy. The curry was not as good as the prata. I asked for fish curry, but this is not the spicy type. Maybe I prefer those with spicier taste. Since itβs my first time visiting his branch, I was quite surprise to see people queuing outside the shop before it opens at 8am. A place cyclists will frequent due to the location.

β β β β β Always a great food experience here. Coin prata nice and crispy. Mutton bryani was tender and flavourful. The sweet lassi was good as well.
This prata shop is definitely much better than the one at Jalan Kayu. Might be abit out of the way but worth it! Prices about $10 per pax with drinks depending on what you eat.
