Manager Angel is very helpful and friendly.No hard selling.

β β β β β scam alert, my parent went for a quick massage and they tried to push the package onto her. after rejecting the package, they added the package charge (roughly $5000) along with facial charge (which she didnβt even do) to her receipt, though luckily she didnt pay the full price (only paid $100+) attempting to resolve the issue with HQ now

β β β β β Ridiculous place. Booked an appt for massage and facial, received the confirmation sms and a call for the appointment. Reached there but the staff said there was no appt booked for that day. Wasted all our time. Staff said not her problem cos another colleague is in charge of this. Lol. Want refund also must ownself call the HQ. Hahah ridiculous. Safe to say am not cmg back. Pls sort your internal coordination before opening the shop

β β β β β Went the Bukit Panjang Outlet as it just newly open outlet. Facial lady is good. Overall love their facial but counter staff is very rude. Giving a advice like βdont you have your own decision makingβ βits your own lifeβ when she try to hard sell. Did the $29.90 trial. Facial lady told me to add $38 for the cream. Went to counter pay $40+ instead. Adding gst. Bad marketing strategy plan. Not recommended.

β β β β β Paid for lymphatic massage that did not feel like a lymphatic massage that other saloons have done for me.
Also was supposed to have cupping and some herbal application but staff claimed that it was no longer part of what I paid for, when I went for my last session. Shall just treat it as charity money to them, though the amount paid was a pinch to me.
Service is bad, too.

β β β β β Went for the $28 trial session. Start to explain the condition of my health and introduce a new kind of massage equipment with added amount. Yoki is really professional and skillful highly recommended. Explained to me the different part of my body and condition. Feel really great after the session. After the session, they share with me if interested to upgrade the package. Overall great session and abit hardsell but not pushy.

β β β β β First went for $28 trial and Yoki did a very good body massage and was relief from frozen shoulders. Very pleased and Sign on their package and kept going for massages using my package. Every time will ask me to add on other packages or to add another few hundreds to have a certain treatments where I always says will finish my package first. They will than say do this treatment will deduct 2 sessions from my package. Everytime I go will introduce new treatment and will deduct 2 sessions from me. I'm ok since I do want to end my package soon. Yesterday I went and was very disappointed with their service. Deducted 2 sessions and did not do a good job. Cupping was also not done completely saying no need as it was not necessary. Every time I go their service is getting bad as I don't get the same first treatment. Very very upset .

β β β β β I did the $28 trial at the new outlet, Bukit Panjang Plaza. The lady doing my massage is not even like a 10 years of experience like what the manager has mentioned. The whole session was like caressing the whole back with a little bit force. Then the lady and the manager spend more time hard selling during the session instead of focusing on the service. I added on 'cupping' for $38 and knowing that she will only put it for about less than 10 mins was a big scam. And when the manager told the massage lady that there's another customer, she quickly went through the massage for my legs and arms like nobody's business HAHAHA!
Lastly, they offered me to sign up for their package, but I gladly said I am not interested. Also, they added 7% GST for the cupping and paid $40.66 in total.
So far, the worst massage place I have been to. Highly NOT recommended. Thank you! :p
