Girl at the door also not friendly. Other staff are fine

I believe it is a system problem.
I would consider a issue with the bank.
The staff say cant help me, call back at office hours.
I say just leave a message for her colleges to look at it.
She say she cant do it.
What must i do all the calling if the problem lies with the bank?
If i can get through during the day, i do not need to call it at night.
Dont know why the recording says they can handle if there is dispute in the bill.
This message should be removed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deeply regret signing up for SC credit cards 5 years ago. Terminated all of them today. After this while, I can safely say SC is the worst bank I have come across. Extremely poor customer service and rigid, unflexible policies. Should have avoided them from the start and I highly recommend you not to deal with them so as to avoid future disappointment for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite spacious, nice layout. Staff is quite friendly. I came on a Sunday for a special request loan. Waiting for 45 mins...and counting. But understandable, and the staff even offered to call me when the person who can handle my request reaches.
