★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longish waiting time during peak hours. Thus your food cools off before you're ready to eat. You'll need to clean up the tables & chairs first before eating. The trash bin were overflowing. They definitely need more resources.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was running late to catch company bus and things couldn't get worse when a class of student was in front of me. The restaurant manger vivi was kind enough to take my order and also process my order earlier for me. Its been a long while since i met with such great customer service and understanding from a manager. Although it is crowded and under stuff. The manger hold the fort very well. Well done and thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usual weekday breakfast place, conveniently located at the MRT Station. Spacious and comfortable.
Rush hour service could greatly be improved, and understand that they can be quite overwhelmed during morning rush hour.
Different service teams have varying speed of service and its visible to us waiting customers. Perhaps the slower service team should learn from their best serving team.

Apparently my order was left undelivered to the table.
300 orders after mine were being picked up by people who did not use table tents.
Went there for just McChicken meal.
Ordered at 13:37:04, got burger at 14:07.
Very fast food. This has been getting worse in fact, even the manager looks so done.
McDonald's management should be made aware, also give indicator to customers the load of your kitchen based on your digitised order system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered McChicken meal at 7.33pm but gotten at 8.23pm.. realised no veggie and cheese in the burger after finishing the fries ??♀️ worried might need to wait another hour for one burger if ask the staff to change for me.. eat together with chili sauce as it is too dry ?

1. Saw the drink order is wrong I ask to change.
2. Ask for curry sauce 3 pc not given.
3. Short of 1 burger!
Disappointed. Have to unpack all next time to double check since it's so screwed
