β β β β β I have been visiting this Starbucks outlet fore more than 3 years. I come when I want for my dogβs grooming.
The service attitude is getting worse and worse. The lady today does not care about what drinjI want. She was doing everything by roughly the manual, but not really following the manual. The asked for the purpose β I asked.β but she did not ask for my name or call out my drinks. In fact, she got the Starbucks drinks code wrong as well.
Her attitude is rude. Not casual. But rude.
I did part time in Starbucks in SG previously.
Pretty much sad to see this.

β β β β β Place is nice, but service is horrible. Staff are aggressive and hostile. They make up their own rules and kick paying customers out, even when the place is empty. Do yourself a favour and go to little farms next door, much more pleasant
