★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the female staff members in a black apron got my order wrong, a small mistake, but when I corrected her she snatched my favourite tumbler away from me,and with the fury of a toddler's tantrum began a noisy and violent passive aggressive display of making the drink that i asked for. No apologies, just attitude.
This public behaviour, especially in a customer service role at such a large and respected franchise made me very uncomfortable and upset. If you're having a bad day, don't take it out on your customers because they'll never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to current covid measures, limited seating arrangements n lack of staff made it even more difficult to get any seats these days to have a quick cup of coffee there instead of takeaways. Starbucks, in general, do not allocate a staff to actively manage in-house seatings so you'll find pple nursing empty cups over their laptops hogging seats while a queue builds up waiting for tables to be available. if you have time to spare, guess you can browse the merchandise while waiting ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet has a nice cafe ambience with good space. Long communal table clustered among the small coffee tables. Option of sofa is also available. There are plenty of tables and seats around giving one sufficiency privacy. Order your favourite drinks and food and indulge in the pretty decor and ambience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude servers with an attitude problem. Ignored me while I was in queue, then stared at me like a pariah when I went back to the seat behind their counter. They charged me for matcha latte GRANDE when I specifically ordered TALL. Heinous all round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a Starbucks. Plenty of seats but otherwise nothing special about it. They don’t have the range of drinks and goods that some of the higher end outlets have but all the basics are here.
