★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience, disappointed with 1 indian staff there. Very bad attitude, today she did a ART test very harshly and on purpose. While previously 1 malay staff was gentle and polite. Not happy with work just leave lah dun anyhow show attitude towards patients. Whether we walk in or with a appointment it's your job to serve us. Do it right!!

Staff was efficient and called into the room less then 5 mins despite being a walk in.
The staff that did her jab. If I'm not mistaken, was the care manager Shirley. She was very patient and explaining the possible side effects and gave a lot of assurance to my grandmother. We were impressed by her professionalism. Thank you for making her comfortable during the process. Will consider this clinic for my common illnesses next time.
