Burger King - #01-05 Burger King

Worst Burger King ever. The burger bun was cold and stale unlike the promised “Freshly toasted sesame seed bun” The meat was barely warm and the cheese and mushrooms were not even warm, as if the entire burger was left there for hours. Late 12 noon and yet the branch still left the breakfast menu available to order until people actually ordered then they cancelled and asked to change to lunch. They don’t even bother putting the menu properly as shown in photos, the promo menu is placed upside down.

Waited super long just for a small set of food, worker action super slow and lazy not top of the rank, and after eating using the fork, I felt unwell and when I turn it around to look, it has dirty particles or maybe dust in it. Hygiene super poor, do not eat there please quickly close down to prevent food poisoning.

just yesterday, i decided to get my late lunch from here. it was 3pm and it took almost 10 mins to get my order done.. i don't see how is it so difficult to prepare 3 orders. just bcoz the manager was taking her own sweet time to prepare my order and she was chatting away. if i did not approach her, i would've waited for more than 10 mins.. and when i reached home to eat, my sprite was so tasteless and my mum's burger was so badly prepared and it wasn't even appealing to eat. burger king, please consider closing this outlet or at least send your staffs for customer service course and train them on their sense of urgency.

Just a standard Burger King outlet. I enter, place my order from the machine, take my receipt and wait for my number to be called. Food quality is like any other Burger King outlets. I did not interact with any of the staff so I cannot comment. Overall a neutral experience. Will visit again when my craving hits me.

Absolutely the worst experience with delivery I have ever had. Ordered the Ultimate Yuzu Tendergrill Chicken meal. Look at these "cheese" fries. Where is the cheese? On the lid of the box?? Look at the burger, it has a few strands of carrots, and no sauce AT ALL I can't say that the staff didn't put in effort, though. Because it takes effort to make a meal this bad. How little do you have to care about your job to make something so bad? Will never order from here again, and will tell my friends that stay around the area to never buy this on Grabfood too. What a waste of money.

Tom yum fries and tom yum sauce missing. This is the third time this outlet screwed up my order. Also the tender grill chicken they provided wasn't actually tender grill chicken, it was chicken drumlet (i also ordered another set of chicken drumlet so now i have 2 sets of chicken drumlets). Should really close down.

Went with my family for breakfast. We ordered the family platter, the pan cakes came really hard, almost like cardboard. We could not cut it with the cutlery at all! we called out the manager and she was kind enough to replace the pan cakes. Unfortunately the 2nd batch was also hard and it’s something to do with their batter I guess. We had the same item in other outlets, was actually very soft and delicious.????

I seldom am critical but earlier today, my sister and I ordered Burger King on grab food collect it. Five min later, when we entered Burger King, we could smell a horrible stench of oil all over the restaurant. A family was sitting in the restaurant oblivious. My sister told the staff but they kept saying there is nothing:-( The oil smelt like bad oil smell, like something is refry that kind of smell. We bought several burgers with three packs of onion rings. When home, I placed one of the darker coloured one in my mouth and I had to spit it out. It’s very horrible oil smell, like it has been refried. My family members all tried. The darker coloured ones are from one pack. The light colour ones from another pack might be a diff batch so taste ok. Unfortunately it has spoilt our meal.My sister and I feel it’s such an unpleasant experience,she had to return two packs of the onion rings cos they are inedible. Getting back some money certainly could not erase our horrible experience. This outlet should change its staff or close down. I am pretty sure there will not be repeat customers given such poor quality of food. I def won’t patronise this outlet again
