★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GP missed out on report sent by hospital for 10weeks. Not apologetic at all. Upon hearing that a complain will be made, the gp could be heard at the background saying to go ahead. Will never visit this clinic again, for the sake of your own health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist (short hair young lady) is extremely rude. Talk to the patients rudely. Understand the queue is long but she could have told us nicely. Never ever going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lim is great! Kind and through in his checks. Only give you the medicine you need. When I need to draw blood for blood test or take injection, his injection of the needle is almost painless. The best among most of the nurses and doctors I had encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lim is really nice and assuring. However, I can’t say the same for his assistants manning the counter. And for goodness sake, get some form of electronic payment; cash-only mode is so archaic in today’s context and for consultation fees that often costs more than $10. Too stingy to afford NETS? PayNow is free, right? I was unapologetically made to walk few hundred metres to and fro an ATM while groggy and unwell while the counter withheld my much-needed prescription.
