Just did a 2nd and 3rd earlobes on my both ears at the Somerset outlet recently. The staffs were friendly and patience. A comfortable place to get piecings done. Highly recommended.

Staff was nice and helpful! Patiently answered my questions before I did my piercings. No pain during the piercing of earlobe and helix, and seem to be healing well now :)

Like to praise Pei Ling for her exemplary customer service. When I went to the Somerset outlet to purchase additional ear lotion for my new piercing that was done recently at the Bugis outlet, she noticed that my ears were red and swollen without me saying anything. Without delay, she told me to go into the shop immediately for her to have a look. She then proceeded to clean up my ears for me and advised on what to do next to make sure my ears were healing better after hearing how my ear care routine has been. With such attentive, caring and proactive staff like Pei Ling, Stellar will go a long way. This is in contrast to the very transactional interaction at the Bugis outlet. No doubt, the Bugis outlet staff were professional. However, the difference in customer touch was very apparent and obvious. Thank you once again Pei Ling.

Excellent customer service from Seren (based on the salesperson name in the receipt). Came here to get some earrings for my helix and purchased 2 pairs. I told her what i was looking for and my preferences. She showed me some of the nice selections.

Updated with follow ups. Re-pierced my partially closed ear hole and got another piercing at Stellar Somerset, no pain at all. Staff was patient in explaining the types of earrings and cost. Not sure about the market price but I thought it was on the high side though still acceptable for a once off payment and the great service. Staff was really professional and friendly. I would recommend them to people who have sensitive skin in view of their meticulous after-care instructions, complementary lotion and 2 complementary consultations within 2 months. Update: returned for my first consultation at Somerset and same staff cleaned the area for me. Visited the jem branch a month later for help to remove the earrings and again was wowed by the lady on duty. She cleaned the area well, offered good advice, free ear sticks and a 3rd complimentary follow up as my ear holes were a little swollen. Couldn’t ask for better service and well worth the initial price paid.

It has been a week since I went for my very first ear piercing! There were 2 staff there and they patiently briefed me and answered all the questions I had. Long post were recommended as I have thicker ear lobes. Opted to pierce both ear lobes simultaneously (they say usually only kids will opt for this but I really don't have the courage to go through the pain two times hehe). There were only 3 options for long post earrings, went for the cheapest one which is titanium type, which cost $75 a pair (piercing included), next option will be gold which cost $198 (they persuaded me to take this, saying this is better for sensitive skin but I don't want to spend so much). They started the process by marking my ear lobes and they took time to make sure the position is right and is suitable, and confirmed with me too. They continued by spraying a numbing liquid which can help to lessen the pain, they also tried it on my hand first make sure I'm comfortable with it. Then they did the piercing, it's done in 1 second, I do think it was painful the moment they pierced, I was kind of shocked, but surprisingly once it was done I no longer feel the pain, even after the numbing effect was gone. They helped to put after care lotion and made sure I know how to take care of it myself before I go. After care lotion is included and I was told to go back for them to check the piercing after 1 month and again after 2 months, all these are included in the price. I really like their service! Photo taken immediately after piercing was done and you can see my ear lobe wasn't red or swollen at all (same for the other side), long post earrings fitted nicely for me, everything shown how good their skills are! Highly recommended even though price is high, at least I don't get infection or anything, so it's worth it!!!
