โ โ โ โ โ I made an appt at 11am at the jem outlet and was served promptly (also cos I'm the only customer in the store, and they just started their operation). I was startled by the final price of the earlobe piercing procedure as the $30 I've paid online when making the appt was a deposit. You would actually have to purchase their ear studs because only that could be loaded into their disposable piercing tool. Both lovely ladies didn't lose their patience and professionalism, they suggested getting another pair of ear studs that suit my budget better. They didn't give me the annoyed look or attitude during the whole process. After the piercing, Valerie carefully explained the aftercare and she made sure that I understand. Thank you ladies! I am grateful.

โ โ โ โ โ The ladies at Stellar's JEM outlet did a fantastic job with the first piercings of my 9-month old baby daughter. They were very friendly, explained the whole process patiently and knew how to comfort and calm a baby about to go through a potentially traumatic event. Not only were the piercings done well, the aftercare instructions were also clear and so far my baby girl has had no redness or swelling or any adverse reaction in the pierced areas. Absolutely recommended if you want to get the tiny ears pierced for your dear kids.
