★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this because I experience poor service by the physiotherapist and no professionalism at all.
She charges $220 for a 45 min session, yet does not seem to have interest in seeing the patient. She often sees two patients in one time slot and her technicians are the ones who mostly do the work.
The last session I saw her, she was late for the entire session, leaving me to the technician.
