★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the rates is good but one plain jane staff was rude and never smile like had miserable life or smth, she count my 8 million idr by hand which took so freaking long, and rejected one slightly stained note. She needs her attitude checked.

Having their own website is good for customer to check out b4 popping by. Long queue during peak hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude counter staff. We checked with them on the availability of USD, and when we were back less than an hour later, it was not. They claimed we didn't inform them we were changing USD. Counter lady was really not helpful and seemed like she was hesitant to serve us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on a Saturday. The counter staff were really rude and condescending about my request to change SGD to USD. I checked with them about the availability of USD and they told me it was available. When I went to withdraw cash and came back 30 minutes later, they told me they ran out and that 'the country I was going to' would not accept the USD notes they had on hand. I think someone living there (i.e. me) would have a better knowledge of that rather than these two uninformed women. Never going back there again and I'd advice all of you the same. Raffles Exchange on B1 has way better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same rate as other money changers. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews... had a pleasant and smooth transaction. Would definitely go back here if i'm around the area and need to change currency. :)
