E	Evan C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ someone need to tell them that they shouldnt be replacing sold out ingredients without telling their consumer. ordered a dessert with gingko nuts but it was replaced by lotus seeds. lucky friend do not have allergy towards lotus seeds but can you imagine someone who do? they would probably end up in a&e. no apology from the staffs. dessert was replaced with something else
C	Christine Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here after trying Dessert First and this store ain't as good. Got the honeydew snowy ice and the melon flavor isn't strong at all. Tastes more milky than melon-y. Best part was the honeydew chunks, which there weren't much of. The watermelon chunks were quite dry and seemed unfresh. If you can see in the pic, there were little black streaks (probably sesame) all over the dessert so it makes you wonder if they clean their prep tools properly.
M	Moon Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prefer the cold desserts here than the hot ones. They use microwave for the hot ones and it leaves a weird layer on the top. Usually go back for the Snowy Ice and our favourites are Durian and Mango.
E	Evan Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ reached there by 4.12pm and saw this. when approached the staff informed that theyre resume business at 5.30. i didnt know they are having this ‘break time’ as before i came over, i googled and it shown ‘open’. what time they assume customer to dine in for dessert? dinner time? perhaps theyre short of staffs, but i dont think this is a reason to chase away your business. as there wasnt only two of us that time, there was few more people was turn down as well. hmmm

Furthermore as this is a CapitaLand mall so I ask a simple question if I can use my voucher to offset the payment but the cashier just say she doesn’t know and rudely hurry me to pay. Super rude and disrespectful!

Seems popular and the menu was very extensive with a full range of Taiwanese, Hong Kong and traditional Chinese desserts like yam paste and white fungus soup. Prices are reasonable and it’s a self-service concept place.
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $7.90 just for one tube of frozen ice?, with a few cube of mango, plain taste jelly and white hard bubble (the topping used to have more variety and quality before). Today back to try again, really disappointed. The snow ice is no longer freshly shave from machine. They took out one tube of ice from the fridge and add on topping, that’s why very icy and lumpy hard ice. Never ever come back again, wasted money.
