The potato salad was sour and stale, and spoilt. Went back to get a replacement.
The staff was apologetic but the replacement set still came back sour. Due to lack of time/inconvenience, did not go back a second time to replace the food again.
Umi food is not bad but very inconsistent, sometimes the food is simply stale. Had another experience with an outlet serving spoilt sashimi. Probably a result of the low customer visit rate and food left for days still being sold.
Will not visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great lunch promo. I don't usually try bento for lunch unless I'm on the go. This promo isn't that bad as it has everything. Tried the salmon and it's better than the food court standard. Thumbs up. The staff are friendly and helpful also. I really like that. Good experience too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A favourite eatery of ours at Changi general hospital. We would hope by for a bite when we are within the vicinity. We wanted to try Toji but they are already sold out! So we opted for a healthier serving of iced soba with steamed egg, and green tea. But we couldn’t resist the temptation of pickled jelly fish. The staff who served us were 2 very polite Filipino couple and they certainly make us welcome. Seats were even more limited since the covid restrictions kicked in. There’s a huge variety of enticing looking sushi, hand rolls and beverages in their refrigerator. Their Christmas menu also look very tempting. Highly recommended for both dine-in and takeaways.
