★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The malay girl with tudung has a bad attitude. Had my breakfast there. Usually when you come to any F&B in the morning, it's normal for staff to greet 'good morning' to customers. But this girl, no greetings is still ok. Her face was black & her voice was an unfriendly tone. She gave you the unwelcome vibe. It will be my 1st & last dining there.

Used to patronise this outlet frequently as I live nearby but stopped due to a sharp drop in service standards, since a change in staff many months back. Have been served by Filipino and Malay staff here and they are generally unresponsive to customer requests, even if made politely.
Very stingy in ingredient portions too as compared to other outlets nearby e.g. Gekpoh and Jurong Point. Will never patronise the Nanyang CC outlet ever again unless Subway does something about the customer service standards of its staff here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have eaten here and ordered from here for takeaway or home delivery as well. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The subs are as good as they get and the place is small and cosy but sufficient to seat enough people such that we never had to wait. It’s open till late so that’s a plus and the coffee is good..
