Burger King

i was fasting and was late for breaking my fast . and then this colleague name leela something like that asked me to wait because there’s too many orders so i just wait for almost 20 - 30 mins but some people just barge in and order she didn’t take actions to them , it is very disappointing and unfair

Ordered BK home delivery at 12.15pm today n recieved order confirmation n food delivery notice by food panda. but till 2pm no food delivered to my place..called Jurong point Bk 20 times no one pick up call. Now have to file credit card charge dispute. Bk service is horrible n i will not patronise it ever again.

I hate it when I get served food that are lukewarm. This whopper is barely above room temperature. Onion rings were OK. Still a limp, near soggy mess but at least they felt warmer than my body temperature. I asked for an exchange of the burger, and I got it in like 13 seconds. Same pathetic result. I walked off. Money wasted. No more Burger King for me.

The whopper tastes stale when I have the first bite try the 2nd piece without the bread its tasted bad. Went to the counter and requested it to be recook and was rejected by the counter staff.I understand that due to hygiene purposes it cannot be done but the SOP should remain...meaning the grilling of the beef pattie should never be compromised even when busy.

Staff are really nice. But the food is not so. Coffee no taste, crossing bread lumpy.

22 Dec 21’ I can’t recalled when was my last visit to Jurong points, however, overly crowded, not my favourite place ?. Anyway, best choice for a quick meal is convenient and familiar ; Burger King.

Haven't had BK for a long time since they changed their mushroom swiss to some rubbery fishball-esque meat a year ago . Popped by for a late dinner and noticed there's a normal and ultimate version of mushroom swiss . Decided to give the ultimate version a try and see how it goes Maybe my memory is a little fuzzy ...but some how the ultimate burger tasted almost exactly like the old mushroom swiss before they switched the meat except a little dryer. It leaves a somewhat bitter taste in the mouth and feels like bk did a bait and switch then came back and sells you the original burger at a higher price. It's really this sort of experience that makes you stay away and not see bk as a valid meal choice . Mos burger did something similar sneakily removing the wagyu from their signs but you know something is wrong with the first bite. Staff at this outlet seem to be rather busy with online orders enough to ignore store orders as well . Lady before me had a wrong order . I could see my food left there for a while until the staff serving at the front had to go in to find out why it's not prepared . Itll probably be another year and a late night when other places are closed before I forget and get desperate enough to try Burger King again
