β β β β β The quality of food is going down.. the seasoning of the chicken is overtly salty, the spicy chicken was not spiced enough,one piece of the ordered chicken was missing. The portion was unsatisfactory an most importantly the food tasted stale.
I always liked their food quality and service,unfortunately the rigours and impact of Covid 19 are being felt.. I suggest that the quality should not be compromised at any cost as customers will always flock to places where quality food is served..

β β β β β TLDR; No. Just. No. Turn around and find some other junk food franchise whose names we all know. Really. Seriously.
Chicken was bland, mashed potato has this weird gravy, rootbeet has a delirious aftertaste. Not worth a ~30m queue.

β β β β β 1 hour 20 minutes after order it was still not picked up. I called and they say there are no riders. Great ! I call again and line is always busy ! I expect a complete refund as I had to buy food from elsewhere as kids are already very hungry. These guys don't deserve stars, they deserve space rocks. Finally, order arrives at 2 hr 20 min. What should I do with it?

β β β β β Finally get to try Popeyes.
I must say the chicken meat is fresh and tender. Even after waiting almost near to 10 minutes, you can see steam coming out of the meat.
Wonder why KFC a multi million dollar company is on the declining stage? The KFC chicken meat could not even come close to what Popeyes offer.
The queue here, I must say is well managed.
Good alternative to Jollibee and Texas Chicken.

β β β β β Contrary to my previous impression, these are really, really good. The meat is tender and juicy and the skin is crispy and not oily at all (surprisingly). Even the fries and biscuit are tasty, especially with the jam. Definitely my go-to friend chicken now on.

β β β β β Ordered through the app and it took less than 10 minutes for them to prepare despite the order being quite big.
Upon going home, we realised that we were short of 2 pieces of chicken. I sent in a feedback form on the app, and within days, they already called me back. Not only did they give the 2 pieces of chicken, they also have a complimentary fries and were very apologetic even though it was a simple mistake. Really like the customer service here and the staff are really nice.
In terms of the menu range, I think it's really worth it especially when buying deals. Mashed potato is a must and their fries are superb!! ?
