. On the weekend you need to wake up early if you planning to eat long john silver . Email to the manager in charged for Kiosk system but until now the manager inform management have noted on the kiosk but as usual no budget. Male manager at Jurong Point won't entertain 11.05 am if you want a breakfast I have to argue with him it's only 11.05 am and I queuing behind you do not want to sale to me the breakfast ?? Long John silver management should think outside the box to extended the breakfast for Saturdays and Sundays. Who is going to eat Fish at 11.00 am some customers wake up late. Let's don't talk about the queue line make the customers stand behind 1 line until it is long then the other counter will open !!! Either branch management no brain or purposely making the customers making a lot noise ....

β β β β β Elderly counter staff was very rude and inpatient. There was no set meal pictures at the counter and the menu in the wall was too far so I was unsure. She got frustrated when repeating my order and shouted at me. Very unprofessional. I am customer not her daughter or niece she has no right to show such bad attitude. Totally spoilt my mood . She should seriously get a re -training. Zero mark for customer service .
For goodness sake if I order the menu in English then just repeat in English .what the hell of repeating my order in mandarin and repeating my G7 order that it contains 1 fish and 1 chowder and 1 coleslaw and shouting to me "you all settle your selves lah!" G7 is G7 lah. Stupid old woman , if you have menopause issue , I suggest u getting a treatment rather than throwing temper on customer.

β β β β β Sorry but I seldom give bad review. This shop is really really bad. Waited 25 minutes exactly 25 min for a single meal takeaway. There are 3 staffs at the counter that are supposed to wrap up food boxes into bag but they are just standing by even though THERE ARE NO WALK IN CUSTOMERS FOR NEW ORDER. Many just like me standing and waiting for our food to be packed.
When we decided on a fast food, we want it to be fast within 15mins is still tolerable, this waiting time is just too much to handle.
Plus food quality - OMG.. go see other reviews at the bottom, it is exactly the same. The dory fish taste badly, so dry and its really not fresh LOL.
Will never step into this place again.

β β β β β Another jurong point fastfood slowest fiasco. Ever since they opened the new outlet, long john silver has been atrocious in terms of waiting time. Never early. Not once. There's once where they actually forgotten ive ordered a meal 15 mins before i ordered a clam chowder after and the clam chowder pot was just directly behind them but i wasnt even given the chowder. i don't know why they actually have to wait for order number for things like this. As a matter of fact during that time i even went to taiwan shihlin cause i was too hungry and when i came back the food and the clam chowder isnt even ready. It's been 45 mins pals. Wake up long john. WAKE TF UP!!

β β β β β There is a limited editon for spicy salmon & dory fish. The spicy powder is nice but I will give only 3-Stars as the food are very dry as usual
I add on Salted Egg sauce for $1 which taste very good
