β β β β β Usual flair of great tasting Subway sandwiches! I frequent this place often as I live nearby. One of the more smaller Subway restaurants I've been too. Off peak, this area can be very quiet. But during peak periods, the place can be pretty busy.
I give it 4 stars because of one rude and seemingly unfriendly staff member who is always frowning and showing attitude while serving. Its like he is being forced to do the work. Not happy don't work. Simple. Other staff members I've encountered at the outlet were ok. Only that one person.

β β β β β I ordered food from this place using grab food. First of all one of the items in the order was missing. Upon complaining to grab no one was listening to me. Very bad service overall. Please be careful when ordering from here.

β β β β β Well placed location means heaps of convenience in the hood, with no similar option nearby that can cater to a freshly made healthier sandwich craving. It is in a small an unassuming corner but serve it's purpose well enough. Most of the time, staff serve quickly and are helpful with choices, outlet is kept relatively clean. Nothing to complain about :)

β β β β β Worst Subway outlet ever. Ordered items are always missing or incorrect and staff are nonchalant about it. Always monitor them preparing your food to save yourself from frustration later. Will suggest ordering from another nearby outlet if opting for delivery.
