Excellent location, well-maintained common facilities, and helpful staff.

Very good positioned appartment building, with an outdoor swimming pool located on level 6 and gym/barbeque area. 3 important MRT lines are just across the street, while the adjacent Shopping center provides food, groceries and other shopping needs.

Build quality is not perfect, but good facilities and friendly guards EDIT: been living here for a couple of years, the security guards have gone from friendly to completely unreasonable under the new management. House rules have changed and it's so inflexible that I'm embarrassed to invite my friends over lest the guards don't let them in for some reason or another. Getting permits is difficult and you have to put in a $1000 deposit by cheque, and they do not allow even emergency handymen to come after 5pm. Food delivery is also extremely difficult, they don't let them in after a certain hour and if you are not home they are not allowed to leave the delivery at your doorstep. Trust me, you don't want to be dealing with this security or management crew. The apartments themselves are not well designed, tabletops are a terrible material that gets stained so easily, the air conditioning was installed incorrectly in our unit and we had to rip open the entire wall for repairs. In the two bedrooms there isn't even enough space to squeeze a front-loader washer in! Gym and swimming pool are small, and there are no slates over the outdoor tables so they're unusable 90% of the time when it rains. The only benefit that this place offers is amazing location, right across from Dhoby Ghaut means that you can get anywhere on the island with ease.

Best location property with 3 lines Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, bus stops, taxis for mobility. Plaza Singapura provides ample food choices and shopping experience. Clean and safe environment, professional staff and responsive team.

Moved out of this condo after living here for 4 years. Management has become not good. Very unresponsive. Guards are very unreasonable and not good security. I was returning home late one night and the guard refused to let me cab in the condo so that I could get off inside. Guards are mostly asleep after 12am in the night. Building quality is not good. Water heater repairs required. Ceiling started to drop off. Pool area and location is excellent. Newer tenants can be quiet rowdy. Management has started renting the car parks out to offices so you can see people taking the stairs and hanging out at the pool area. Cleaners use the pool area facilities and the bathrooms quite frequently so they are not well-maintained.

Friendly management team.. Lovely pool facing Plaza Singapura. Plenty of choices when it comes to restaurants amd shopping. Multiple train line if you are using public transport.. Alot of taxis always readily available.. On the whole, deicated staff, clean environment and excellent team who are responsive to the needs of the tenants.

Excellent location. Accessible to transport / malls/ eateries. Well maintained pool / gym /function room. Tight security for a apartment that has lobbies along the common corridor. Cleaners has maintained corridors and common areas clean throughout the years. Management has been very helpful over the years, not much complaints. Very nice place to stay.
