★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to STS today as a first time customer (although not new to indoor tanning). First impression, VERY clean and spacious studio with many different tanning machines. Service staff was friendly, patient and took time to explain the different types of tan you wish to achieve, how fast and how long to tan before recommending the type of tanning machine to you. At no time did they hard sell or push packages to you and leave you to make up your own mind. The tanning machine I chose eventually was good and does its job. Decided to sign a package there and then after the first try. Recommended place to go if you are into indoor tanning as they "specialize" in indoor tanning and not some beauty salon with other irrelevant stuff. Sean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ same thing happened to me twice.. was caught off guard when I arrived at the studio and was informed my package has expired with unused credits.. and in order to gain back the unused credits? ... ... buy a new package..
asked the staff why they didn't inform me of the coming expiry during my last visit.. answer was "oops.. sorry.. maybe miscommunication..".. well.. at least their answers were consistent both times..
seems like a good tactic to sell packages.. but its also very unprofessional..
to summarise.. don't buy the package with the highest credit or you might end up not being able to use it fully.. and remember to keep track of your own credits and expiry..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started tanning about 1.5 years ago and decided to try out Sun Tanning Studio. Overall, my experience has been great and I have developed a consistent tan. I'm sure every tanner will have some health concerns, but Edwin was very knowledgeable and patient in assuring me and guiding me throughout my tanning journey.
Kudos to Sun Tanning Studio and Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Studio I have ever visited, super clean, friendly staff and know the products well. Show me all the machines they have in store and also explain to me the different types of packages and no hard sell at all. I’ve booked my next appointment already, one happy customer :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be sure to make a call to confirm all details (for example on the type of machines for the particular promotion) on the promotions that they are running on before heading down to prevent unnecessary trips. Or you might have to forcing yourself to somehow comply with what they claimed about the promotion after visiting the studio just so that the trip isn't wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great! However, the spray tan I purchased ( level 3) didn’t last. After the 4 hours, my skin just appeared yellow. After a quick shower 6 hours after the spray, the color of my skin turned back. The only tanned parts of my body remaining was my feet and nails ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service in store staff explain very detail how to get a good tan and make sure you feel comfortable before tanning. No hard sell in store and was told to try out 1 session first and only if really like the treatment than consider a packages next session. Coming back for sure.
