The facilities are old. Wished they could improve and/or get new ones.

Clean & nice environment. Entrance fee are reasonable too. It's a "must" to call to make reservation in advance before heading down as there's a capacity limit. The staff at Northpoint city outlet are very friendly & polite. Will be back again?

Great play and learning place for children. Can get crowded during the weekends. Remember to bring your socks along for entry!

My daughter loves this place. The ball pool is spacious and many things to play with. But it gets crowded pretty quickly so better book early instead of walk-in

Wanted to leave review for the branch at harbourfront but couldn’t find in google map. Bought the 10 hour pass few month ago and try to use it yesterday. Call the Harbourfront branch number 6259 7288 for 5 times over 45 min no one pick up so we try our luck to just go. When we reach the lady said today whole day is fully booked. I ask how she could fully book when the phone is not answer at all. She could have answer the phone so we won’t make a trip down. She said she was too busy like for example néed to talk to customer like me. But I was the only person asking there. Her 1 min phone call answer could have save us Alot of time. Kids are very disappointed when they saw the playground but couldn’t go in. After I left, she continue to play on her phone and just continue to ignore the phone which is ringing since I was talking to her. So I step back again to ask why she has time to check her but don’t have time at all to answer phone ? I think the mgnt has to look into the operating model either they hire incompetent staff who can’t manage multitask and co-ordination skill or under staff the branch people. Or they shld setup WhatsApp or online system for easy booking. Like what others indoor playground company do. Although their price is cheap cos is smaller scale playground for younger kids but running a small scale Indoor play doesn’t mean the staff can don’t answer phone call. Hope they will look into the matter

The staff are the kings of the place with their profanities and black faces. Despite the rude staff and rigid rules, it’s a good place to bring the kids to play if you can tolerate their attitudes. Talk to the staff nicely and they don’t even want to reply (look at their phones and ignore you) Not going to top up after this as I would rather bring my kids to kiztopia for a better playing experience.

A good indoor playground for kids, good sections to stimulate the kids creativity. Brought out the kid in me when my child was playing. There is a very rude older lady who stops the fun and criticizes all the kids who are trying to have fun, in name of safety. The other time i was there and she wasnt, the kids had a lot more fun and the staffs were more relaxed.

Nice place for kids to play. A good varieties of toys and space for them to run around. I think in future when there are no more capacity restriction, the place may be overcrowded and dangerous for younger kids. Realised some kids can be very rowdy and don't really care about younger kids, had few incidents of older kids accidentally hit my 1.5yrs old kid in span of 2months. So the current capacity limit is good for the customers and safer for younger kids.
