★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a moment when zero experience is in fact the best experience for the colonoscopy and gastroscopy procedure. After the Anaesthesia Dr Ching sedated me completely and let Dr Kam took over with the scopes procedure, I could hardly recall any parts certainly not even any discomfort. From the appointment booking to the colon cleansing preparation day, the entire patience management process was calm and smooth. The Nurse Manager Elaine was thoroughly following up with me for three days right after the procedure. Thanks to the entire team for the TLC shown to me. Highly recommend all adults who have yet to scope their organs to approach them for a consultation. There is no frills, no pain and zero discomfort.
