I went to the clinic with clear symptoms of a bad flu and the doctor prescribed me a medication for rhinitis! The consultation took 5 min after waiting almost 2 hours to be attended. Poor service.

I would like to thank the 2 nurses on the 2nd floor who attended to all patients with care and was very polite. I went there this morning for a health check and did not expect to take a blood test. Jienelle was helpful to comfort and calm me down as I was afraid of needle poking into my skin.I did not feel any pain when she drew out my blood and left the clinic happyly.

Booked an ART appointment a week before the appointment itself. Went to the clinic on the appointment day to found out that it is closed for renovation. Clinic staff do not even make the effort to sms/inform me. What kind of lousy service is this? Make me travel all the way there… Worst customer service.

Booked an appointment at 9am for a vaccination. Dutifully arrived at 8.45am to register. Long queue to register but managed to register by 9am. Made me queue after those without appointments. At 9.40, still not attended to. Going home.

Went for pre departure pcr. Quick procedure, due to my flight is on the next day. The clinic is really busy, not spacious, if u are there to consult a Dr you definitely need to wait, quite crowded. Numerous review on bad services, today I witness rude customer too. ?

If there is negative star for rating i would have put negative stars System, front staff and nurses were not organise at all. 1 of the staff ask me to wait out side and gave me a number and told me that someone will come out and call my number. Nurse came out to call a guy 1 number before me and I thought will be me soon had been Waiting outside the clinic under the hot sun for over an hour over nurses came out and call 20 Numbers after mine. Was thinking abit strange why was the lady that just reach the clinic have been attended to and I'm still waiting to see a doctor. The clinic was pack with people I was waiting outside afraid that I might spread covid 19 to other If I went in to get a swap test got tried of waiting when in and ask the nurse why is the wait so long to just get a swap test done . The nurses reply you have to check your own number .then what was the point of having me sit outside if the place to see the Q number is inside. What is this double standard from slightly not feeling well to now having a headache and flu
