β β β β β Ordered the Sapporo premium beer (500ml) which is $15. Didnβt quite feel like 500ml to me, friend thought so too.
Still, extremely pricey for non-craft beer but we had burpple 1-1 promo hence we went for it. Photo was taken right when it was served, and there was hardly any froth which make me wonder if this was poured from a can.
Edit: came back this time for the food which were all very good.

β β β β β Came on a Friday night, waited for around 40 min to get a table. Service was prompt and food came very fast. Very flavourful and good for sharing. But prices on the high side, 2 beer, 2 dishes, total 80 dollars.

β β β β β The fruity sweety beer is a plus for myself. Loved their ambience. Their Matai Yaki very cheesy. Chicken skin was still soft on the inside. Disappointment was that the staff asked us to sign up as member for a 20% discount which was not honor upon payment. Overall, if not for the member experience, still a ambience worthy place to visit.

β β β β β Not the first time here, but still as not too bad as previous visits. The difference I have noted was it seems there are less items on the menu, but the saltiness level of the food had also went down, which was good.
It seems that their promotion varies from time to time and current one was free flow beer (Heineken bottles) at SGD35++ for 90 minutes which was a good deal for beer lovers. Another favourite drink to order is the Kirin fruit beer.
Food wise, quality and portion is good, but didn't like the satay as much as the other skewers.

β β β β β Recommend the mentaiko tamago, chicken mid joint wings, mentaiko pasta.
The scallop cheese mentaiko was too heavy ? and they should sear the scallops.
Don't get the unagi as they don't use Japanese eel and it tastes fishy.
Grape soda was v refreshing.

β β β β β The ABURI MENTAIKO KAISEN DON was good, sashimi used was fresh but it came in a small rice bowl serving. Not worth if u are paying the full price. HOTATE MENTAI YAKI was not bad, I like itβs cheesy but the scallops used are small, not big and juicy. Unagi Maki & Buta Kakuni was not bad too.
Pls note they do not have skewers anymore.

The downside is the service. When I sat down ready to order, Iβve got to go to the counter and realized that itβs order thru QR code, Iβm sure that they did not mention beforehand.
