β β β β β Quite surprised to see this genre of food in the heartlands! Refreshing addition to the kopitiam here but definitely facing strong competition from the established stalls like prawn noodles, bcm etc
Prices are definitely a little more pricey compared to the usual kopitiam fare. Tried the lu rou fan and was pleasantly surprised as the flavour was just right and the fatty portions were simply melty ? Pretty decent portion of meat and rice too! But lacking some veggies (although that is the usual Taiwan style)
Looking forward to trying out the other dishes! Hoping that they will be a continued addition to the kopitiam!

β β β β β Too much fat on the meat and there is insufficient sauce resulting in oil laden meat with dry rice.
I'd try requesting for more sauce and leaning cuts of meat next time instead to give this place another shot.

β β β β β Got the braised pork noodles dry (#6 $5). Pork is tender but no braised taste. Expensive. Noodles way too much. Queue system is good. Think the sesame oil noodles (#4 $3.80) better not much meat. Got #10 popcorn chicken but not nice.

β β β β β Rare to see taiwanese food sold in coffee shop. Tai Feng wei has brought Taiwanβs famous braised pork rice into Sβpore. But the standard doesnβt match what have in Taiwan. Food is not amazingly good and hits and misses for some of their rice bowls. Might be probably due to high order volume which may have lowered their standards. Overall, if you miss Taiwanese food can come here to satisfy some of those cravings.

β β β β β At $5.80, this pork chop rice is a can-eat option if you miss TW food. Not fabulous but also not bad

β β β β β Nice the fried rice looks really appetising and the colour seem fresh yellow and the prawns are bigger than normaL fried rice and the ingredients added taste a bit like pineapple fried rice The helping is also quite a lot quite suitable for 2 ppl dinner or if they are big eatter i will suggest this shrimp fried rice and also the price is fairly reasonable. The eggs added give a crispy taste

β β β β β Miserable amount of fish roe. Prawns are very crunchy but tasted really artificial. Was hoping it could be my DTF alternative but far from it. Very thirsty after eating too. Must be a lot of MSG.

β β β β β A simple Taiwanese style fried rice and fish egg roe. There is only egg and bits of veggie for decoration. Rice probably cooked with garlic, and Ve-Tsin Gourmet powder.
Overall, itβs creative, simple but nice.
