I	Ice Bear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited patiently because I understand that they had quite a lot of orders to do but they didn't even call my number. I waited in the same spot in front of the counter for 20 minutes. I also didn't see my order because they kept it under the counter where they usually put the finished food. How was I supposed to know when my food was already done? When I finally had enough and went to the counter after 20 minutes, my food was already condensing which meant that the food had already sat there for quite some time. This was my only bad experience from the store but I do wish that they would improve to call out or press the number thingy to signal the customers that their food is already done.
B	Beatrix Huynh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a cup of Bubble milk tea and NON-SPICY popcorn chicken. I am happy that the staff asked me about the spicy level. However, everything was perfect until I bit my popcorn chicken. Kind of disappointed on expecting it would turn out VERY DELICIOUS without the chilli powder. Despair as you can see how red it is in the picture and have to throw it away. Please be careful next time.

I ordered the chicken and after they cooked and seasoned it, they just left it in the kitchen area for 15 min while i was waiting at the counter. They moved on to the huge delivery orders that were not being collected yet when they could have just handed me the bag first. From what I read, other customers have faced the same issues as I did.

I ended up feeling THIRSTIER because its so damn sweet and the sour tasted disgusting. It looked pretty but tasted so mid and boring. For $4.90?? Any drink on ITEA menu better than this man. I ended up throwing away more than half the drink because I swear my mouth was getting dryer after each sip, it was just so concentrated.

As I don't live near their outlets so I asked if they can let me change to another drink, the staff asked her supervisor and they did it for me! Thank u very much! I bought Northern Light and the drink is a pleasant surprise! Flavored sprite with mango pops, the pops are so interesting! They also offer food to takeaway as well. It's a nice break away from the usual bubble tea shops.
