Horrible experience with the female staff, but thankful that the male staff apologized. (no names were taken down) Context: Brought our IC xiaomi vacuum mop to service center hoping to get clarity on if our battery span has been reduced significantly over 3 years. Found the female staff (in picture), my dad asked her if the battery life reduction after 3 years was a possibility and would it make more sense (in value) to switch to a new model instead of replacing a battery should it cost a lot. The female staff said she didnโ€™t know how to answer (red flag #1) and directed us to the service centre. She answered this in a very bad mood, obviously, because right after my dad said โ€œokayโ€ politely and turned away, she did a massive eye roll ็ฟป็™ฝ็œผ. To her dismay, she saw me watching her. I called her out for it and she did not apologize. Instead she went to the back room. We complained to another staff, who was male, and he nicely apologized and sold us the new model thereafter. Would have gotten the name of the staffs to identify the poor behavior of the female but she disappeared. The male staff identified that the female staff was already resigning so her attitude hasnโ€™t been the greatest but I wanted to feedback here as well, as a personal experience.

Called office many times because battery on G10 vacuum cleaner split. Warranty expired June 5, 2022 and because repair center at Funan closed on Sunday, they refuse to repair on June 6, 2022 even for 1 day late. Manager was not helpful and state nothing they can do, suggest I call hotline but it is useless. How can one day late in warranty (especially office was closed) not acceptable? I will file with Case on this matter unless I get a reply. Email also sent to for evidence.

Bought the 4k projector.. after less than 2 years got problem..went to this service center and was told that after one year warranty they will not even repair for me and I have to seek another party for repair and worse of all .. they don't even bother to recommend me any third party repairer... I did not buy this product for 300 dollars.. it cost me more than 3000 dollars. And this is how their customer service policy is ???!!! Will never buy another xiaomi product ever!!! Everyone reading this .. note my experience

Extremely bad service! Really a disgrace to xiaomi's name. Send in my vacuum mop robot for servicing during warranty as there are critical issues where the robot will always prompt that there is no water and it won't function when the mop is on. And the battery is so bad that the robot will die before it even reach the docking station. After i send for servicing, it took almost 1 month for a repair. They told me that there is no issue with my vacuum and said that i use detergent which i swear to god i did not. Not a single drop. Then they say they give me a benefit of doubt and change my mop pad holder for me. What?! I am pretty sure that wouldn't solve the issue. When i reach home then i realise they did not put in my cartridge into my robot therefore i couldnt test the vacuum. Was partially my fault as I didn't check it. I tried calling them for days and finally they picked up the phone call. They said that they will send me a new vacuum cartridge at the end of the week. But almost 3 weeks and I have not received it. I went down to the shop to ask them and they told me that they have sent it out. But after reasoning with them, they decided to give me another one which I appreciate. (After months and I have not received the cartridge that they sent out? Did they lie to me?) When i reach home and try, the robot had the same problem, but unfortunately after that 1 month repair and 3 weeks delay by the cartridge my warranty is over. So I decided to just use the vacuum function, but after 1 1/2 month, the vacuum couldn't on anymore. Great job xiaomi! Probably because I have only 1 month left for my warranty so your technician decided not to do his job properly and do all he can so that my product is out of warranty. Then I went down to the xiaomi stall in funan to tell them about it and they just brushed things off as it is out of warranty. And the manager or the supervisor from the repair room even told me that the water probably went into the vacuum which damaged it. This is totally outrageous as his reason is out right telling me that his company's product is flawed. How can a product which is designed to mop the floor allow water near to electrical board and allow it to get damage on a day to day use? it's not like it was soaked in a pool or something? All I can say I am extremely disappointed with xiaomi's warranty services. It is the poorest service among all the other tech brands I have tried. I owned many xiaomi products from rechargeable battery to my mobile phone. But after this incident, I am probably not going to purchase any xiaomi products which comes warranty services because I do not trust sending my products to Funan service center to fix them.

If you think their service is professionally, you better think twice. My question is how can a warranty be void without inspection and the technicians assume that the phone fall is not mfrs fault. Don't tell me that MI or Poco phone are not built to withstand shock or fall. Their technicians use this lame excuses and void the warranty. My phone's simply fell off less than 2" height level resulting the screen to behave wriggling This idiot TECHNICIANS don't even bother to take in my phone to inspect but reject and void my warranty without hesitation. Because of his arrogance my phone is gone and cause me a heavy losses I shall never ever consider M1 as my choice phone since warranty is not unjustified To all, my adv is to opt other brand that provide reliable and guarantees rather than to believe their reputation.

I went to Xiaomi centre at Funan on 29 Jun 22 as i brought the new Xiaomi 12 pro at M1 shop but it is not fast charging. The staff told me it is out of stock and will refund me $1349 (retail amt) They said will credit the amount into my bank account within 1 or 2 weeks. I have been calling 69700801 for more then for 3 days but no one pick up!!! I just want to know the status as when it will be credited to my bank account? Someone has to pick up the phone isn't it? Pls improves on the service.

The robot had issues with its water level censor and battery last way too short since we bought it in January this year. We sent in for repair in October, though waiting time for repair was decent which was about 2 weeks. However, the service person blamed it on us that we added detergent to the water holder, which we never did as it was stated in the manual. What is worst is that, we went back for collection and reached home to find out they did not return us the water unit/dust holder inside the robot. What kind of service is this? Not ensuring everything is properly placed back before returning to customers? Called the hotline over 30 times and yet there is no one picking up? Customer service is a complete failure. Can't operate the robot as the water holder is required to use it. I am writing this review as person who have always been using Mi Products, from Table Lamp, Bulb, Vacuum Robot, 9T Pro and 11T. But I have to say such a service is a disappointment even to me as a regular Mi user. Update for 3 weeks later: 3 weeks ago, we finally received a call back saying they will arrange a delivery for the internal water compartment they forgot previously. It was supposed to arrive in 1 week. However 3 weeks later, nothing arrived. No messages, emails or notifications of the delivery. Robot left at a corner unuseable. Completely speechless about the service recovery. If anyone wish to buy xiaomi products again, do kindly think it through.

Really rubbish service. One staff handling everything. We bought the robot in January and may have misplaced the receipt. Instead of helping and taking back the robot and saying that they will have to charge for repair, they outright rejected accepting and taking in the robot or even offer to address the problem. We were there on 28/5/2022. Please up your game. Your service will make you lose customers even if you have good products. Your competitors will eat you alive. Good products with lousy after sales service is just as bad as lousy products.
