Best Medical clinic in Singapore

M	Mr. Matthew John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main concern about this clinic is that the waiting time is ridiculous. I was so sick and still had to wait for about 2 hrs. It was the only clinic open in that area as well. They should do something about it as its pure wasting time and as a sick person, we probably can't be waiting for so long.
E	Endgame 10001 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inflexible. Wanted to get a ticket in the clinic before bringing my mom down who is over 70s and having vomiting symptoms. As she is first time, staff refused to allow that unless see the IC. I do have her details of the IC but still not permitted. I had to commute to bring her to clinic first and we wait at clinic instead.
h	hanisa kamis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Anshuman Jha is very unprofessional and rude, clinic opened at 5pm but he only came at 5.30pm. Went there because i have really bad period cramps, he asked if i would like any medication and i told him i would rather not have any if he is gonna prescribe the same medication i have at home he proceeded to call me useless just because i wanted mc w/o medication .

I went there to do my RT PCR test, there were only two people before me but I ended up waiting about 2 hours to get it done and when I enquired about the results through call they were not friendly at all. To be honest, they were really rude.
K	Kelyn Ngui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve visited the clinic unfortunately on a public holiday (1st May). If there were other GP around, we may not have encountered this too. The experience felt like we’re there to waste time. The doctor seems uninterested to dignose what happen. When ask him question, he seems annoyed and did not reply much. It felt like he just want us to out of the room. As things are not getting better, we went to another clinic on (4th May) showing doctor what OneCare clinic gave us as medicine. The doctor reviewed/shock on why these medicine are given. Though the medicine wasnt harmful but it does not help for the condition. “There are better medicine choices” were remarked to us.
A	Adeline Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Counter staff is not friendly. I was told by the doctor to do swab test thus I waited for 20mins. After 20mins, the nurse said I have to get medication before swab??? This is completely waste of time. I am so lethargic and the process is not smooth at all. End up people after me do the swab.

Waited for 2hrs just to register when there was 15 people ahead, another 1 and a half hour to see the doctor, 1 hr more to receive the basics medications and another hour more to get a simple art test done. Despite the Long wait, the test was badly done, the swab didn’t even enter my nose and I’m not even exaggerating. Because of this false negative, I had passed covid to my family members and had to head down for another swab test which I waited for hours again. Look at the reviews of this clinic and you’ll know . I would give this place negative stars if I could
C	Christina Kuek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Waiting time for registration was way too long (almost an hour) no doubt there were 2 staff doing the registration. 2) Registration staff did not ask if I am in any corporate medical plan at point of registration and I was being told that I should raise it T point of registration and not at point of medicine collection. 3) None of your staff noticed the ‘Closed’ sign was accidentally flipped at the glass door until I got to ask if they were closed for lunch.
