Popular student hangout spot especially in the afternoon so you might want to take note of that to avoid the crowd. Affordable milk tea along with a wide selection of drinks and snacks. WiFi is provided at the counter. Drinks are definitely worth the price compared to large chains like Gong Cha. EZ link payment is accepted here.
