Though there was some improvement, his speech was still unclear and the therapist told me to let him "outgrow" it. I decided to seek therapy elsewhere when he clearly did not "outgrow" and his issues persisted. Moona was able to identify his issues and provide clear strategies for us to work on. When she had to leave for the UK, we were also able to continue our sessions online. My child can be difficult and display task avoidance behavior when made to do work/have therapy. Moona is always patient and even tries her best to make therapy sessions as fun as she could. She goes the extra mile by checking in with me about my child's latest craze/interest and she would create themed therapy sessions to cater to his interest. So far we had pj mask, memory games, plants vs zombies, rainbow rangers and halloween themed sessions ... to name a few. At the recent session we had, my child even requested Moona to come back as he would like to have physical sessions with her again. That shows how much he likes her ...
Y	Yeo Ee Ee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to Covid-19 situation, my son’s ABA therapist had to return to US. Hence I had to look for alternative therapy so that he receives the required intervention. I was introduced to TeleHope and my son (11yo) has seen started virtual speech therapy session with Kharenee since December 3rd. Ok Initially, I had my reservations if an online speech therapy without the physical interaction with a therapist would work for my boy. However, I decided to give it a try due to the Covid-19 pandemic and it would also save us some traveling time. The first session which was an initial assessment class which turned out so well and better than expected. The whole session went on seamlessly even though it was an online session and it was the first time we met Kharenee. Kharenee was organised and was able to deliver the content online via TeleHope website smoothly. We are now in our 7th session and my son has progressed from Prepositions to Plurals and Past Tenses. Overall, we really happy with TeleHope online speech therapy services and we look forward to our next weekly session.

Thankfully with TeleHope, he was able to have ongoing therapy with the speech therapist. He was able to sit through the online session as it was engaging. The therapist made effort to engage him with videos, sound effects and animations. He was excited for upcoming sessions. Thank you TeleHope.
P	Phoebe Wei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently given the opportunity to sit-in for one of the telehope online sessions to observe the sessions and give feedback to help the clients when requested. Kudos to Moona for helping to make the session with the client so engaging and fun as if I was there in-person even though the 3 of us were connecting from different continents. There were few technical difficulties that were easily resolved simply by refreshing the browser and her explanation and pronunciation of the phonology terms to the clients were clear and precise. I would definitely recommend giving telehope speech therapy a try as not only does it help to connect people from different countries but also provides the enhanced session experience that one hopes to takeaway from a physical session but with the convenience and comfort of being in one’s own home.

Initially, i had my doubts if online classes will work well with my son, however I realized that using Telehope was almost as good as having sessions face to face and it was indeed a pleasant and enjoyable journey for us. My son has shown great improvement after two month of lessons under Tr Kharenee's guidance and encouragement. In summary, we are happy with the online service and Tr Kharenee was a great teacher to work with.

It's hassle free as we don't need to travel and my child was able to have ongoing therapy without limited by covid situation. The online sessions were engaging and interactive.
