keat hong outlet, horrible service. when enquire, a bald uncle yell "WAIT WAIT WAIT!". Upon order ready, he basically spam the bell. during peak period, one standing at the back of the rest do nothing. i wish your business last long.

I’m so sorry to give one rating star to this tender best at Keat Hong close. I order from 6.49 pm and until now ( 8.11 pm) the food does no arrived. I check with the grab rider and he was so kind to apologies to me and see photo to state that he waited nearly 2hr for the order. Tender best if u have to many order, u can stop the order but u choose not to. I feel that you are being so irresponsible. Thank u

Wait for ONE STUPID HOUR on the food. I self pickup someone. Keep serving all the grabfood delivery as the order keeps coming in. Lousy service. If you cannot handle so many orders then don't take the orders. Bad service and only make customers not coming back. Better wake up your idea. Can take orders but serve the food slow then what's the point?

I haven't tried the food yet but the service leaves much to be desired. I wanted to pay via paywave on my phone which usually requires you to tap your phone against the machine, but apparently they don't have that and instead need you to scan you a QR code. So I was waiting to tap and the malay uncle asked, 'scan already or not?!'. Later on, when waiting for my receipt, he took his time to print a copy for himself, print another copy for the chef and finally, when it seemed like he was satisfied with the amount of time he made me wait, printed one for me. I took the receipt and as I turned around, I could see a few faces looking at me with understanding and fear. Guess this guy terrorizes everyone here!

Ordered chicken wing rice and it took 45 mins for them to prepare my order. Way longer than expected especially for a chicken wing rice, and I noticed a group of customers waiting alongside as well. While waiting I noticed that a few customers' order came in packets when they intend to dine in. I wonder if it is that the staffs inside were confused or they just try to speed things up by throwing everything in boxes. They seem like their taking their own sweet time, even though they did not stop moving in the kitchen, I feel that efficiency could've been improved. I don't have any idea how as I have never worked in the kitchen, but as a customer that has been buying food all my life, I would say it feels like it take way longer than any usual stall. The one right beside keeps pushing out orders, with buzzers non stop ringing and customers collecting their orders constantly, where this stall has a bunch of customers all queuing for at least 30 mins outside their stall Or maybe a suggestion to the shop: place some chairs outside for your customers to wait seated, or maybe use the screen above your stall to play some shows or movie since the order takes as long as an episode of most shows For everyone else, eat here only when you have the time to wait

taking their own sweet time to do my food that i ordered thru foodpanda. rider was alr nice enuf to apologise to me despite not his fault. just close down this shop. it took more than 1 hour to get ready my food that i ordered? its a fried wing rice, and a chicken chop. wth, i was a former tenderbest staff. and these two food is the easiest. and worse, 4 staffs at each station, and still can't get the job done.

Deep fried skills was not consistent. First tried out their 3pcs set comes with a small salad $7.90 , was delicious especially the chicken crispy and juicy.The fries was piping hot , much better than the M fries. However my second purchase was quite disappointed as the fries are cold and soggy. The chicken parts are very dry.
