★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This laksa is nothing near to Original Katong Laksa. Ordered it on 20 August 2021 at 12pm.
Requested extra S$1- clams, got only 3 pieces more.
The gravy was very very salty. No laksa fragrance. I ate only the clams and gave up the whole bowl.
Even my mother after tasting it, said lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, when I just got my bowl of laksa, the laksa soup looks pale and not really that appetizing. I am wrong! It’s quite fragrant, not overly power or oily that I finished the bowl of laksa soup in the end.

From $3,50 a bowl, this stall is under rated considering the queue is relatively short when compared to other stalls at Bukit Timah Food Center

Regular bowl of comforting laksa $3.50 with flavourful broth which was a good match with prawns, fish cakes and taopok.
Taste was not compromised though their version had no pork, no lard, no MSG, no added sugar and no evaporated creamer in its preparation.
Can eat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unassuming store at Bukit Timah Market and Food Centre but boy am I glad to choose it. It is a single manned store with one person handling everything. The laksa was delicious and tasty! Has a really thick creamy taste and feels overall healthy and not overly sinful. Really good find and I finished the entire bowl + soup.
