we wnet there last weekend and there were many people. the crew did their best to clean up tables fast. also good service to us who order food

Wrong order given as staff not being tactful on their order. Order original but was given spicy. I had sensitive stomach on spicy fast food. Now have slight diarhea. What the hell is pioneer mall texas staff is doing? Want to "kill" its customer!!!!???? To much talking n not focus on their job!!! This is too much!!!!

Chicken is very dry and tasteless I won't recommend me friends the 1st time I tried the tenders it was good but now its very dry n tasteless

First time trying the fried chicken at this outlet. Quite disappointed. The chicken are quite dry and tasteless compared to other outlets like star vista and westgate(closed). The food taste like kopitam standard at best at premium price. Will not go to this outlet again.

Fried chicken not possible to eat everyday but when chance upon it will try. Very friendly staff, make it easy for me to decide menu. Food hot and good.

burger bun is a day old. so old that it already is falling apart when you take a bite. chicken looks like re heat. quite disappointing experience. the french fries is too salty and reheated as well. no wonder why no one is dining. whats the best part, i asked for an extra pastic bag for burger, instead gave a plastic for drinks in which the burger box cant fit in. lame staff.

Both drinks filled only 80%..pop chicken damn oily..overall food was not bad tho..but not totally not worth $30 for this kind of disappointment???

While the food was great (as always), I was quite disappointed in the service provided by the crew. I went to the cashier to make my order but I changed my mind and wanted to order something else. But I was taken aback when I was told that they couldn’t change the order. The cashier even directed me to the manager (I assumed) and he told me once the order is keyed in, no changes could be made. I stared at him for a few seconds, bewildered and confused. This was my first time being told such things. I too had experience working as an F&B cashier, dealing with the POS system and I know for a fact that we can void the items before payment is made. And yes, at that point, I have yet to make any payment. He suggested me to go to the self-ordering machine to make my order, which I did. The process was seamless and I could edit my orders before making my payment. But then, I was wondering how would they void my orders for the next customer who would order via the cashier? Hmm… Few minutes later, my food was ready but they decided to pack it when I chose to dine in. Small mistake so it’s ok. However, we weren’t given cups or ice. I looked around, other customers weren’t also given cups nor ice except for one couple. Did they run out of cups? Or ice? My first experience at the newly opened Texas at Pioneer Mall wasn’t the best but that doesn’t stop me from coming back as I love the fried chicken there. It’s really nice. Congrats on the new opening!
