Do not trust. Very bad experience. Salesperson claimed their factory burnt down hence leads to delay in delivery. But when I contact boss, it was not true!! He even sent me photos of a burnt factory in Indonesia. Really cannot make it. Avoid like a plague.

I am very surprised this place is still open especially when there are so many bad reviews on it. We bought a bedframe that never arrive. Chased them many times and they always gave excuses to delay it. We are always the one messaging them, they took no initiative to let us know any updates. Ended up we just cancel our payment with them through the bank and till now there isn't any news from them either.

Looks promising at first as the furniture displayed in the showroom are of decent quality and the prices are competitive. Also, the salesperson seemed knowledgeable in the products and is able to convince us to buy a set of sofa, dining table, dining chairs and bench. We subsequently bought a coffee table from them as well on a later date, which was before the delivery of the first batch. 1. The design of the sofa is not what we selected, but since the salesperson insisted that we chose that model and we have no proof, we decided to leave it. Please take a picture of what you purchase. 2. The bench is a totally different order. The salesperson could even send us a picture of what we ordered, yet they arranged for the wrong delivery. They then subsequently sent over the replacement, which is the correct design, but the fabric colour (see #3) and base colour of the bench are still wrong. The fabric is also torn. They said they will fix the problem and took it back again, but only the fabric colour is changed. Now, my bench colour is different from my dining chairs, but we decided not to pursue it anymore as this has taken far too long. 3. The dining chairs had a different colour fabric from what we ordered, which the salesperson acknowledged (he could send us a picture of what we ordered, same as #2). After a very very long delay (festive period holiday, sudden case of out of stock, time required for overseas supplier to make and deliver the fabric), they finally replaced the fabric to the correct colour. 4. The coffee table's design is not what we wanted, even though we paid extra so that we can choose the piece of wood before they customized it to our order. Salesperson insisted that it is the same piece that we selected, but the design is so obviously different. The table also came with cracks at the side. We first bought the items in December and it took them until mid of June to settle all of the above problems. Not only that, the salesperson is very unresponsive and always make excuses for their failures. They also expect you to be always free and available as the delivery team is "very busy". There are even times when they simply did not show up and gave us no heads-up whatsoever. The delivery team also kept insisting that they don't know what is the correct item when we told them that the items delivered are wrong, and asked us to accept the items and call the salesperson afterwards (which is the start of all the problems). This happened multiple times. We were so upset that we went down to the shop to voice our disappointment, and the response we got is that we can go find the Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE) and try asking for a refund if we are not happy..... All in all, a very bad experience that we wanted to share so that others can learn from our mistakes and exercise more caution.

Had high expectations for custom made furniture -shipment arrived 4 months late -poor communication -inferior products, dirty cushions and scratched wood -had to argue and fight for a refund. Finally got a refund. But wouldn't try again.

This is a horrible furniture shop, please stay away at all cost. We chanced upon this store when we were hunting for furniture piece in Tan Boon Liat, the salesperson Mike talked us into custom made the bookshelf and dining bench, claimed it will be made to request and told us to wait for the shipment in Dec, hence we made an order at least 2 months in advanced. The after sales service was horrendous and the delivery was cancelled on the day it supposed to come! Then just expecting us to match their time. Subsequently when items were delivered, the shelf was defective and the dining bench was completed differ from our request. I made attempts to contact the salesperson but he never answer my call. Initially said he will get back to me on Monday on how to rectify the problem and will repair the bench and shelf for me, but he went missing after and refused to answer/reply to my enquires. Never expect to encounter such a scam!!! Please beware and do not believe in what they promise, because they can’t deliver what was promised and the quality of end product is lousy!!! Such an unethical shop!
