Excellent cheesecake and service .

Very innovative loaf breads and cakes. Very health multigrain bread too!!! Great for health conscious people.

Used to come here every week. Unfortunately they decided not to bake the ciabatta anymore. Too bad cause we loved it! We were even ok with paying more.

Asked the shop assistant why the cake I ordered didnt look like the picture, Shop assistant replied because its a picture. (The kids called it "The Ugly cake" by the way) Cream wasnt smoothed properly. There was a hole in the middle of the cake which I got the shop assistant to patch it up with some cream. It came back worst. There was other hole which I simply left it alone. Shop assistant didnt know how to tie the box with ribbon so gave me a loosely tied box which got looser each time I lifted it up so she asked me to be careful instead of offering to retie it. When I requested her to retie it, she mumbled so & so wasnt around. I have to request a knife for the cake. Overall experience suck. If those pictures shown on your website werent bake by your bakery, you shdnt mislead customers. Taste was between bad to mediocre, sight was horrendous. This cake is the main imperfection in an otherwise perfect birthday party.

The egg Tart's are delicious and cheap yes i like it alot.

One of the better carrot cakes! The icing is tangy and just right! Comes with walnuts. This is a family favourite and goto when we need a carrot cake fix. We will be back!

Shop assistant was nice and friendly. Rainbow cake is moist and tangy, I love moist cake. It would be 5 stars if it has more moist. Overall good. Macarons are chocolate filled too ?

Rude staff, low quality packaging. 2-3 days ago, I bought a box of eclairs at the shop. At the counter, girl staff dropped it and asked in unfriendly tone if it was ok. I said nicely it was better to have it changed and she did it unwilling, threw the 1st box on another table. When I went home and opened it to try, the box just gave way and eclairs dropped on floor! I was so disappointed as shop was closed. The box is likely of low quality or perhaps the unhappy staff did something? I do not know as I was careful enough to open it, it should not give way like this. I have held back my review until today because I wanted to give the business a chance for service recovery and finally had time for lunch around the area. Told 1st girl staff (not the same as the other day) about scenario. She just kept quiet & not say much. I went off to other shops but still feel uncomfortable & still really wanted to try eclair. Had another staff there who I repeated what happened since she looked more senior However, she insisted their boxes were ok, nobody had that problem! I told her i opened it carefully and it is not a matter of money. But wow, another bad service staff. I am just expecting logically normal service from a small local bakery. Nvm, i asked for another box and paid for it. Will try, but even if it is good, i will not be patronising this store at all or often. Maybe the boss is not even aware of how bad the service and attitude of staff is.
